The top is a cream-colored, sheer blouse with a textured, three-dimensional floral or polka-dot pattern, from Zara.  It has a V-neck with a drawstring tie at the front.

The sleeves are long and have a slightly voluminous, balloon-like shape. The fabric is sheer, and the surface is decorated with a raised, textured pattern. The blouse has a cropped fit.
