RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY ETN THE BUDGET STORE

At ETN THE BUDGET STORE, all items are carefully inspected before dispatch. As a discount fashion retailer, we source branded pieces at reduced prices, therefore all policies are strictly applied to ensure fairness and sustainability for both customers and the business.

PLEASE NOTE:
Sizing may vary across brands, collections, and designs especially with Zara items. We strongly recommend checking measurements, size guides, and product descriptions before placing an order.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. RETURNS

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

• Wrong Item Delivered
  If you receive an item different from what you ordered, you may request a return.
• Damaged Item Upon Delivery

If your item arrives damaged due to transit or logistics handling, you must provide clear photo or video evidence immediately upon receipt for review and verification.

RETURN TIMEFRAME
Lagos customers: within 24–48 hours of delivery

• Outside Lagos customers: within 3–7 days of delivery

RETURN CONDITIONS

• All returned items must be:
  Unused
• Unwashed
• Tags intact (where applicable)
• Free from wear, damage, stains, alteration, or perfume

Items that fail to meet these conditions will not be accepted.

• IMPORTANT NOTES
  Returns are not accepted for sizing issues, change of mind, or personal preference.
• Sale items, discounted items, clearance items, and promotional items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
• For international orders, return requests must be made via our official support channels.

1. REFUNDS

Refunds are only issued in cases where the issue is verified to have originated from ETN THE BUDGET STORE.

Eligible refund cases include:

• Wrong Item Delivered (where replacement is not possible)
• Item Unavailable After Payment Confirmation

Refunds are processed within 24–72 hours after approval.

• IMPORTANT NOTES
  Refunds are not issued for sizing issues, customer preference, or change of mind.
• Sale items, discounted items, clearance items, and promotional items are strictly non-refundable.
• Any issue not verified to originate from ETN THE BUDGET STORE does not qualify for a refund.

2. EXCHANGES

Exchanges are only considered for issues verified to have originated from ETN THE BUDGET STORE, subject to item availability.

Approved exchanges must meet return conditions and may attract additional delivery/logistics costs where applicable.
